SETS provides consultancy services for establishing and managing the PMO. The PMO currently manages a portfolio of projects under The King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Project for the Reconstruction of Makkah valued at SAR 3.0 Billion.
Scope of work:
• Preparation and establishment of a new PMO
• Management of existing and new programs/projects
• Technical support & design management for existing and new projects
• Preparation of PMO procedural manuals and training of supervision consultants and contractors
• Developing a Project Management Information System (PMIS)
